Belgian modern female fronted metal band Azylya has signed a deal with Wormholedeath/Dreamcell11/Aural Music Group.
On February the 13rd 2012 the band will enter Realsound Studio in Parma (Italy) with producer Wahoomi Corvi (Crysalys, The Way Of Purity, Haterial).
Wormholedeath/Dreamcell11 will release their debut album titled “Sweet Cerebral Destruction” world-wide through Aural Music Group. Release date is due during 2012 still to be scheduled.
The Whole band stated: « When a few months after our first concert (Belgium /Ostend December 27, 2010), we were contacted by Death Worm Hole, we just thought that someone made us a joke or that it was more likely a mistake.
It was the exchange of several messages with WHD to make us convinced that this label was interested not only in our musical world but wanted to work with us.
For a young group with a singer of 18 years, the value of a recognized label that produced bands like “The Way of Purity” or “Underwell” is a tremendous booster but also a famous challenge to overcome!»
Band manager Dieter Leemans stated: “Belgian metal bands are numerous and all have their own ambitions in a variety of degrees. But every now and then, a jewel spawns among them that really shows more than average promise. Such a band is AZYLYA, a female fronted melodic and thrash band from the capital of Brussels.
Lead by singer JAMIE-LEE, Azylya released early 2011 their first EP entitled « Thanatos’ Insanity », introducing the metal scene to a refreshing and very promising formation. Despite a few changes in the line-up, the band chose to pick up the gauntlet and sign with Worm Hole Death and, with a stable line up to boot, to bring fourth their first album with the label.
Under the guidance of both the manager and crew, AZYLYA is proud to seize the opportunity and join our ranks, on the side of such bands like UNDERWELL, leaving us with the honor of confirming AZYLYA signed with WORM HOLE DEATH and is currently preparing to go into production at REAL SOUND STUDIOS in Italy for their first full album !”
